Approach
How I think about it
Most companies are still using AI as a faster autocomplete. The actual leverage is one level up: a workflow that runs end-to-end, makes its own tool calls, hits the right APIs, drafts, checks itself, and only escalates the genuinely ambiguous decisions to a human. That's the layer worth building for.

Sequenced multi-channel outbound systems with per-prospect research, personalisation, and follow-up logic.

Automated weekly client reporting plus QA agents that catch errors before they reach a human reviewer.
